I am proud of myself too, there was no crazy stress-induced eating on my part, yay me!
I am not done trying to lose weight though. I feel I did well this week.
Yes, the spice cake, pasta salad, potato salad and everything else was delicious and I enjoyed it very much and…I maintained my weight while splurging!
I’ve done well with my healthy eating and snacking and I’m up to about 128oz of water a day.
