Crockpot Country Style Pork Ribs

This easy crockpot recipe is perfect for a lazy weekend or a busy weeknight.
Ingredients
  • 2-3 pounds boneless country pork ribs
  • 1½ cups barbecue sauce, I use Sweet Baby Ray's
  • ½ cup apple sauce
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt
  • pepper
Instructions
  1. Spray the inside of your crockpot with nonstick spray.
  2. In a medium bowl mix together the barbecue sauce, apple sauce, brown sugar and garlic.
  3. Lightly coat the bottom of the crockpot with the sauce mixture.
  4. Salt and pepper the ribs
  5. Cut the ribs into 3 inch chunks
  6. Place the ribs into the crockpot.
  7. Pour the sauce mixture over the ribs.
  8. Cook on low for 6 hours.
  9. Remove from crockpot and serve.
