We served the chicken with mashed potatoes and corn on the cob and it was delicious. It was gone before I could take any pictures of the meal on anyone’s plate! The original recipe called for 1 tsp of red pepper flakes but I thought that would be over kill. We all agreed there was just the right amount of kick to the sauce with only 1/4 tsp of the red pepper flakes added. The crockpot cleaned up quickly without really having to scrub, which makes this recipe even better :-)
