Last night my boys, Aaron 19, Jordan 17 and I went to the Tampa Bay Times Forum to see Nuclear Cowboyz. You may remember I introduced you to the Nuclear Cowboyz last month and Thomas T. won the tickets and he will be attending Sunday’s show. The Nuclear Cowboyz are a FMX (Freestyle Motorcross) tour that is part X-games, part rock concert and part stage show.
The premise of the show is that it is the year 2150 in warn-torn Los Angeles, rival gangs The Soldiers of Havoc and The Metal Mulisha are engulfed in a turf war. Out of nowhere, the evil Tempest and her cyborg army come on the scene to claim the territory for themselves. The only way The Soldiers of Havoc and The Metal Mulisha can conquer Tempest and her cyborgs is to lay down their differences and form an alliance…The Nuclear Cowboyz. The battle is fought in the air through high flying motorcycles and quads as well as on the ground where dancers battle the cyborgs.
Overall, we had a good time last night. If you are looking for a high energy show geared for those ages 10-adult you should check out the Nuclear Cowboyz tour. If you are in the Tampa Bay area there is a show on 2/16 and another on 2/17 and tickets are still available for both shows!
Disclosure: We attended the show as guests of Feld Motorsports for the purpose of this review and as a thank-you for hosting the giveaway. All opinions are 100% ours. All photos were taken by my son, Aaron @hammyjoyfm.
