Mamavation Monday-Busy, Busy

This entry is part 15 of 23 in the series mamavation

We had a great week at VBS last week. We had the privilege of sharing the Gospel and building the faith in 30 awesome kids! During VBS I was able to get in 10,000 steps a day-all 5 days! It was a wonderful, exhausting week when you add that I still had to run the church office, teach piano lessons, and do everything else I do every week. This week I am back to sitting on my butt in the church office. I would love a Gruve to help me keep moving!

I ate well most of the week and easily got in 100+ ounces of water each day. This week is another busy week. We are gearing up for next Sunday’s Back to School Bash where we expect at least 600 people to visit our church, ride water slides, climb rock walls, get their immunizations and the first 150 kids to register will receive backpacks full of school supplies. There is a lot of work and organizing left to do for this event and guess who gets to do it?? Me! Also…I have 3 awesome blogging events to attend this week. Wednesday evening I’ll be at Busch Gardens, Thursday morning I’ll be at Epcot and Thursday afternoon/evening I’ll be at SeaWorld! Phew… I also need to work on lesson plans because we start our homeschooling year 2 weeks from today.

My goals for this week are…get all of my water in, make healthy eating choices, sleep 7 hours a night and get at least 3 days of exercising in. What are your goals for this week? Leave me a comment and let me know.

  1. My goals this week are Watch my water intake, exercise 5 days a week and no fast food!

When you find yourself sitting on your butt in an office too much, get up and go walk to get some more water. Or take a 15 minute break every 2 hours to walk around the building! It will help you focus better when you do get back to work!

Your goals for the week sound awesome and doable!

    Have a great week
