I love baby steps! They are to me the bets thing we can do to help us out. Baby steps are very simple and I know you will do great!
good for you i know i started wearng my pedometer and the 2nd day wearing it i was up to 9000 steps 7 miles i was amazed so i wear it from the time i wake up till the time go bed. I can’t wait till my tummy is flat enough to wear it on middle waist so it picks up both legs steps .
An event for 500 kids sounds INSANE!!!! You’re doing fantastic! Keep it up!
Way to go!! I think you can totally get your 10K steps in by the time VBS is over for the day – I have seen those teachers walk to keep my children in line each day… LOL … You are doing fantastic! Keep up the great work!
10K steps is totally attainable. Just keep moving! It’s nice to wear a pedo b/c it allows you to see just how much you really are moving
HAve a great week!

Hey, there’s nothing wrong with maintaining! It sounds like you’re really busy and that’s good! Keep up the good work and let us know how you’re being so successful while being so busy.

Great job with the food. One healthy thing usually leads to another.
