It’s Monday again and I have had a good, busy week. My new job is going well-I have found my groove with the work and I am almost used to the schedule too. I’ve done well with my healthy eating and snacking and I’m up to about 128oz of water a day. I even got in 3 days of workouts…thanks in large part to walking over 1500 steps at Disney World, over 10,000 steps at Busch Gardens and the killer workout at Adventure Island.
I am happy to report…I am down 2 pounds this week…for a total of 10 pounds since joining Mamavation! I want to thank all of my Sistas for their love and support on this journey.
This week’s goals are to continue eating well and drinking at least 115oz of water a day. Working out at least 3 days this week is on my schedule too! I was introduced to a new product this week and I can’t wait to try them, they are called Flatout Bread, they look soooo yummy and healthy too!
