  1. This is a GREAT post. This was a huge lesson for me, especially after having children. I used to try to do it all and be there for everyone, but I would get burnt out and not be there the way I should for my own family.

    Once I started saying no, it was so freeing for me. I began to build boundaries for myself and have a more balanced life.

    Don’t get my wrong, it is not easy to start saying no and your friends and family may not always like it. But it is really important so that you are putting your time where it really needs to be.
