Play-Doh for your Preschooler

Often times younger siblings are left out of the back-to-school shopping fun. They don’t have the long list of supplies that are needed for the first day of school. The colorful crayons, notebooks and book covers big brother is picking out look fun and exciting and  the 3-5 year old of the family is feeling left out.

Thanks to Litzky PR, The Mom Maven has something for your preschooler..PLAY-DOH! I have always been a PLAY-DOH lover. The smell of PLAY-DOH actually takes me back to memories of Sunday School, where they had huge canisters of PLAY-DOH we could play with before class started.

The PLAY-DOH BURGER BUILDER set is back and better than ever! Interchangeable molds offer everything kids need to create the perfect PLAY-DOH hamburger including tomatoes, lettuce, buns, and more. In addition, kids can crank out pretend potato or pickle chips with the exciting TWIST-A-CHIP Super Tool. Set includes five 2-ounce cans of colorful PLAY-DOH compound. Available at most major toy retailers nationwide and on HasbroToyShop.com.

We had a blast playing with The PLAY-DOH BURGER BUILDER set. My son and I played for over an hour creating hamburgers, cheeseburgers, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes and french fries.

LitzkyPR is giving one of The Mom Maven’s readers their own PLAY-DOH BURGER BUILDER set!

My favorite play-doh memory is when my husband, son and I were playing play-doh. I kept smelling it saying I love the way play-doh smells. Hubby was saying yuck he does not like the smell. My cutie son took a big wiff and said I love the smell of Play-Doh just like mommy! Thanks for the chance, justicecw@hotmail.com

This would be great for my 4yo. I didn't have play doh much as a child, but ds and I are making great memories using his, and we use it for tactile activities in his Kindergarten program.

One of my favorite memories of Plahdoh was wanting the set that you could make hair for the little plastic people and getting it for my birthday. It was so fun watching that lay-doh hair sprout from those little plastic heads ….. hehehehe

My favorite play doh memory is when my younger son (who was speech delayed) said “ball” for the first time when I rolled up some play doh for him to play with. He really opened up after that, speaking more and more.

I loved playing with play doh as a kid, just as my kids do now. When I was little we had a playdoh set where you could make these funny looking creatures grow hair and then cut it and style it. I loved to do their hair!

My favorite memory was the barber shop. Hair oozing out from the head was really cool. My sisters and brother would play with it for hours until it was one big strange mixed up color. My girls love play doh. This is a neat set. Thanks
