“Chicken Soup for the Soul: Tough Times, Tough People” reminds us that tough times won’t last, but tough people will. These 101 stories about overcoming life’s obstacles are encouraging and inspiring. The stories are broken down in sections including Simple Pleasures, Silver Linings, Accepting the New Me, and Tough People. A few of my favorite stories are “Board Game Revival”, “Hair is Overrated” and “Marks on the Heart”.
